This month we are going to be doing things a little differently. Due to the social distancing policies in place we are going to be having a virtual meeting with special guest speaker Brad Smith creator of the program BeerSmith. Hello Barons-
Today the board voted on the cancellation of our March general meeting. Although we had a great meeting planned we should be doing what is in the best interest of our club members. As of now we will resume activities in April.
The board wishes each and every one of you good health and happiness and we will see you in April.

Hello Barons, This month we welcome Brian from Twisted Path Distillery. Founded in 2013 and located in Bayview since 2014, Twisted Path is know for high quality, organic spirits.
In the “spirit” of fermentation (pun intended,) lets give a warm welcome to Brian and he comes to speak to our club.
For those not familiar with the club, the next general meeting is on February 26nd @ Cliffords Supper Club in Hales Corners. We start @ 7:30 p.m. and be sure to bring tasting glasses!

Howdy Barons and welcome to 2020. This month we are doing our very own Iron Brewer Challenge. We will have 11 mystery styles to judge. Thank you to those who participated and thank you to those who are voting. This is going to be a great time!
Also, membership renewals start this month! Be sure to show up early to get your renewals done or better yet, do it here on our website!

December is upon us! The Christmas party is going to be a blast. As always we will have some special beers on tap and Clifford will be catering the main dish. Please bring a dish to pass (please make sure you don’t have to plug it in.) Also bring cash because we are going to have a killer raffle. Guests are $15.00.
Oh and also don’t forget about our food drive!!!!

We aren’t talking Belgian Waffles here folks! Its here, Belgian night. This year we will be sampling and reviewing many types of Singles, Dubbles, Triples, and Quads. Its going to a blast! Friendly reminder that these beers sneak up on you so be sure to have a safe ride set up and be sure to have good reason to call in sick to work on Thursday.

Hey Barons, this holiday season we are introducing a home-made beverage exchange! It’s called the 12 Beers of Christmas, and here is how it works:
Participants will have a designated area where they exchange their beers. If you want to participate, you’ll need to sign up below!

Please join us for our October meeting where we will be sampling some club team barrel projects. There will be some good wheat wines, reds, and other good barrel aged brews on the jockey boxes for sampling.
To accompany our barrel aging project we will welcome Kyle from 1840 Brewing. If you are not familiar with 1840 Brewing, they are the best of the best when it comes to barrel aging. Whether it is porters, stouts or sours and they do it and do it well! They will be discussing their process and providing input on how they do things.

Coming to the Barons all the way from Portland Oregon is Imperial Yeast. Founded in 2014 Imperial carries the slogan “Be good to people, be good to wort.” No doubt that Imperial will be good to our club.
Earlier this year we had another yeast company come in and the feedback was great. This should be another great meeting. Be There or Be Square!
