In June we welcome Julie Waterman from Indulgence Chocolatiers. We will be doing a Beer/Chocolate pairing. We will sample four different styles of Beer and Chocolate.
Julie developed her passion for handcrafted chocolates while backpacking through Europe. She currently owns three retail locations and distributes hand made chocolates to many other retailers. She is very knowable in the ways of Chocolate and Chocolate pairing. After speaking with her for a bit my interpretation would be that she is the “Jedi Master” of Chocolate.
For those not familiar with the club, the next general meeting is on June 26th @ Cliffords Supper Club in Hales Corners. We start @ 7:30 p.m. and be sure to bring tasting glasses!
