Coming to the Barons all the way from Portland Oregon is Imperial Yeast. Founded in 2014 Imperial carries the slogan “Be good to people, be good to wort.” No doubt that Imperial will be good to our club.
Earlier this year we had another yeast company come in and the feedback was great. This should be another great meeting. Be There or Be Square!
For those not familiar with the club, the next general meeting is on September 25th @ Cliffords Supper Club in Hales Corners. We start @ 7:30 p.m. and be sure to bring tasting glasses!
