The Beer Barons of Milwaukee’s very own Jason Otto will be educating us on all things water. Jason is a water enthusiast, who happens to work for Milwaukee Water Works. During the meeting he will educate us on our city’s water purification process and the water profiles of the city’s tap water.
A few of our Barons will have a few homebrew experiments on tap featuring different water profiles. Sample them all and see if you can tell the difference. Of course, don’t forget to sample the rest of the Beer Barons taps!!! Social hour and bottle share to follow the presentation so bring your homebrews and favorite beverages to share at your table. Bring a friend and don’t forget your tasting glass! The meeting starts at 7:30 pm at Clifford’s Supper Club on 7/22. As usual, guests are welcome for $20 and the fee is $15 for members.
