Join the Beer Barons of Milwaukee for our Lager Night!
Your fellow Barons have brewed up a Czech Lager three or more different ways! Come and blind sample these three ( or more) versions and see if you can tell the difference and find out which one is your favorite!
-Traditional fermentation with lager yeast at recommended temperature
-Pressure fermentation with same lager yeast at room temperature
-Psudo Lager with Lutra Kivek
Social hour and bottle share to follow the presentation so bring your homebrews and favorite beverages to share at your table. Don’t forget to sample the Beer Barons taps!!! Make sure to bring a friend and your own tasting glass! Don’t forget to reserve a tap in our jockey boxes if you would like to bring a keg to share. The meeting starts at 7:30 pm at Clifford’s Supper Club on 8/27. As usual, guests are welcome for $20 and the fee is $15 for members.
