Join the Beer Barons of Milwaukee and learn about off flavors in beer. Our very own Bruce Buerger will be conducting BJCP Sensory Training and we will be finding out about the flavors that shouldn’t be in beer.
Social hour and bottle share to follow the presentation so bring your homebrews and favorite beverages to share at your table. Don’t forget to sample the Beer Barons taps!!! Make sure to bring a friend and your own tasting glass! Don’t forget to reserve a tap in our jockey boxes if you would like to bring a keg to share. The meeting starts at 7:30 pm at Clifford’s Supper Club on 1/28. As usual, guests are welcome for $20 and the fee is $15 for members.
