This is the foundation of every beer brewed at The Fermentorium. In name, Fermentorium essentially translates to “a place of fermentation.” And while Latin-ish sounding, honestly, it’s probably imagined. Regardless of Latin origin accuracy, something about the name stuck with founder, Kristopher Volkman.
Come meet Kristopher Volkman, Owner and President of The Fermentorium and sample a few beers on their taplist! Social hour and bottle share to follow the presentation so bring your homebrews and favorite beverages to share at your table. Bring a friend and don’t forget your tasting glass! The meeting starts at 7:30 pm at Clifford’s Supper Club on 8/28. As usual, guests are welcome for $20 and the fee is $15 for members.
