Sprecher Homebrew Competition
Sponsored by Sprecher Brewery Co., in conjunction with “SPRECHERFEST”
$5 fee per entry.
Judging the following BJCP categories (descriptions at www.bjcp.org):
- Category 5b – Bock (traditional bock)
- Category 3a – European Amber Lager (Vienna Lager)
- Category 4b – Dark Lager (Munich Dunkel)
- Category 11a – English Brown Ale (mild)
- Category 14a – India Pale Ale (English IPA)
- Category 15a – German Wheat & Rye Beer (weizen/weissbier)
Beer must be brewed with 10% or more grain.

Due Dates
Registration forms and fee due at the Sprecher Brewery by July 8, 2005.
Bottled beer due at the brewery by July 15, 2005.
Judging will take place at the brewery the week of July 17th.
Awards given out at “SPRECHERFEST” on Sat. July 23, 2005 at Heidelberg Park – Glendale, WI.

The Beer Barons meet at Clifford's Supper Club on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM, with exceptions for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and occasional special events. See the events page for notices. Meetings are open to anybody 21 years of age or older and normally cost $5; however costs may be higher to cover costs for special events.
Clifford's is located at 10448 W. Forest Home Ave. in Hales Corners.
