Mike Schwartz

Mike has been into real beer since 1980 when he discovered while on a camping trip that beer could have flavor. He started homebrewing in 1992 and almost immediately switched to all grain brewing. Since then he's brewed a couple hundred batches of many different styles. He has won awards for several of his beers. Mike entered the BJCP program in 2003 and is a BJCP National level judge and has been teaching judging classes since 2005.

Steve Piatz

Steve Piatz is from the Twin Cities. Steve is the 2008 AHA Mead Maker of the Year and was involved in developing the BJCP mead judging program. He makes some fine meads and knows his stuff!

 

Randy Mosher

Randy is a well known beer and brewing writer, avid homebrewer,and all around great guy from Chicago. He has done many sessions for us at our World of Beer Festival
