This class is the first of a series of new workshop offering through Brew U. A first for us, this will be a cooperative effort between the Beer Barons and Northern Brewer. Jeremy King of NB just happens to be a PhD bug dude and will be leading this class. Participants will be assigned materials in February or early March, review and research those materials, and then come together on March 27th to share their findings.

The Beer Barons meet at Clifford's Supper Club on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM, with exceptions for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and occasional special events. See the events page for notices. Meetings are open to anybody 21 years of age or older and normally cost $10; however costs may be higher to cover costs for special events.

Clifford's is located at 10418 W. Forest Home Ave. in Hales Corners.
