Intro to Sensory Evaluation
Wondering where the flavors in your beer come from? Do you know when there's something wrong with the flavor or aroma of a beer but you can't identify the offending flavor or the source? This class is for you!
Two sessions:
- Identifying the typical flavors and aromas in beer.
- Doctored beer session to learn flaws and their causes.
Required for those taking the BJCP study sessions or considering taking the BJCP test.

Cost
The cost will be $20 for both sessions.

Plan to stick around a for a beer afterward at House of Hamburg. Please patronize O'Keefe's House of Hamburg, Tim & Mona let us use the hall free of charge. They also have good food and serve lunch on Saturday.
The Beer Barons meet at Clifford's Supper Club on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM, with exceptions for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and occasional special events. See the events page for notices. Meetings are open to anybody 21 years of age or older and normally cost $10; however costs may be higher to cover costs for special events.
Clifford's is located at 10418 W. Forest Home Ave. in Hales Corners.
