Wondering which grains and hops you need to use to make that favorite style of yours. Struggling to figure out why your favorite recipe is so inconsistent? Want your beer to do better in competitions? This class is for you! Highly recommended for those considering taking the BJCP test. Like other Baron events, there will be brew present.

The Beer Barons meet at Clifford's Supper Club on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM, with exceptions for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and occasional special events. See the events page for notices. Meetings are open to anybody 21 years of age or older and normally cost $10; however costs may be higher to cover costs for special events.
Clifford's is located at 10418 W. Forest Home Ave. in Hales Corners.
