Tired of doing extract brews and want to take it to the next level? Frustrated from reading how it’s done and wondering if you would be doing it right? This is the course for you. We’ll take you from crush to boil. This course will cover the mashing and sparging processes.

The Beer Barons meet at Clifford's Supper Club on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:30 PM, with exceptions for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and occasional special events. See the events page for notices. Meetings are open to anybody 21 years of age or older and normally cost $10; however costs may be higher to cover costs for special events.
